Emotional Health Monday

12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Topics include:

  • Managing stress in uncertainty and improving self-care
  • Self-soothing is not self-care
  • Bystander Intervention

Oct. 18

In-Person Tuesday

Instead of flash talks, the Tuesday lineup features these must-see in-person events:

  • Resource fair, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • President’s Award Ceremony, 12 p.m..
  • Blood drive, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Events will take place in the Compton Union Building Senior Ballroom.
