We would like to formally invite you to participate as a vendor for the 2024 Safety & Wellness Expo! We are asking vendor booths to be as interactive as possible, so we encourage you to bring demos or hands-on learning tools. We will provide a 6-ft. table and two chairs. Extra space is available upon request for demonstrations and is first come, first serve.
The audience for this year’s event will be students, faculty, and staff. The purpose of the event is to provide information, tools, and resources for attendees. We would like the WSU community in attendance to learn about local resources available and related to all areas of safety, health, and security.

Sept. 26 • 10 AM – 12 PM • Glenn Terrell Mall
8:30 AM Terrell Mall is open for vendor booth setup
10 AM – 12 PM: Fair begins, vendor booths are open to WSU Community
12 PM: Vendors begin packing up
12 PM to 12:45 PM: Awards Ceremony in Terrell Library Atrium
